A close-knit property consultancy is looking to add a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in North London, near Kings Cross.

The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a small property consultancy who are looking to grow their team, as they have such a strong pipeline of projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will initially be delivering a £320M Residential regeneration scheme and some higher education projects in Central London, acting as an Employers Agent. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will then go on to run projects in a range of sectors including Residential, Education, Commercial and Hotel.

The Senior will need to hit the ground running and will be delivering projects from concept to completion, whilst also supporting and helping to develop the Junior staff on site.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who wants to play an integral role in the growth of a company and have impressive long-term progression.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Employers Agent experience
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
• Capable of supporting with the management of a team and mentoring junior colleagues
• Proficient in the use of IT including Microsoft software, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
