The Project Manager will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments in London. The company has a strong pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and development prospects.

They have a turnover or around £20 million the company is of medium size and has a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional standard of work. They also offer a financially stable future.

The Project Manager Role

The successful Project Manager will be split between 2 projects within Central London.

The particular projects you will be working on are two residential refurbishments one at £3 million and one at £8 million mark.

Projects are all residential refurbishments with a high level of finish and some incredible joinery.

Experiences in fine finishes

Managed multiple projects simutaneously
