Building Surveyor

A creative and ambitious Building Surveyor is now needed by a young, innovative and rewarding Building Surveying consultancy in Southwest London.

The Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to provide project and professional services to tailor their experience.

The Building Surveyor Role

The successful Building Surveyor can be a confident Assistant Surveyor or someone who is strong enough to be an Intermediate Surveyor. The consultancy just requires you to have the ambition and motivation to become MRICS.

APC mentors will be provided, and they currently have a 98% pass rate.

You can expect to be working across mainly central London, providing services on prestigious residential buildings, but also mid-range residential houses and apartments.

Projects range between £500k – £2m.

The Building Surveyor

• Has a Consultancy / Private practice background
• Shows some understanding of Building defects, Dilapidation’s, Condition reports, Contracts Administration, measured surveys
• Appetite to become MRICS
• Degree in Building Surveying or Real Estate
• Enthusiastic character
• Confident in front of a variety of clients
