We are supporting a medium sized Building Consultancy find their next motivated and experienced Senior Building Surveyor, in West London.

With work from home options, and immediate exposure into the Commercial and Residential sectors, the confident Senior Building Surveyor will deliver quality services.

The Senior Building Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be providing services such as TDD, Contract Admin, Employers Agent, Condition surveys.

With projects across all of London and the home counties, this consultancies client portfolio is growing and has exciting industry leading customers.

The Senior Building Surveyor will be joining a medium sized practice, with 75 employees, ranging across 3 offices. Very sociable team, with frequent events.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• Has a BSc/MSc in Building Surveying or Real Estate
• MRICS is ideal, but not essential
• Experience with Professional Services – dilaps and contract admin
• Enthusiastic character
• Confident in front of a variety of clients
• Client facing
• Winning attitude
