This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring Assistant Building Surveyor looking to develop their career with the full support of a leading firm.

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 as an Assistant Building Surveyor:

• Assisting with building surveys, condition assessments, and inspections across a range of property types.
• Preparing reports on building defects, repairs, and maintenance.
• Supporting senior surveyors in managing refurbishment and construction projects.
• Helping clients with advice on building regulations and compliance.
• Involvement in dilapidations surveys, party wall matters, and general property-related issues.
• Contributing to the preparation and review of project specifications and tender documents.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮?

• A relevant degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
• 12 months consultancy experience as an Assistant Building Surveyor
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• An eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Full support for your APC to become a Chartered Surveyor.

• £35,000 – £40,000 salary

Mentorship from experienced professionals.
