A creative and growing consultancy based in London are now seeking a talented and motivated MRICS Building Surveyor to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated MRICS Building Surveyor to work in a small, collaborative environment with a varied and interesting portfolio of projects.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 for the MRICS Building Surveyor

• Conducting detailed building surveys
• Preparing reports on building conditions
• Advising clients on building regulations, compliance, and maintenance.
• Managing refurbishment projects from inception to completion.
• Assisting with dilapidations, party wall matters, and other property-related disputes.
• Providing expert advice on building pathology and defect analysis.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝?

• MRICS
• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying
• Exposure to Residential, Commercial or Heritage sectors
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.
• Ability to manage your own workload and work independently.
