A forward-thinking project and cost management construction consultancy are looking to add an ambitious Associate Partner to their growing Quantity Surveying team in Central London, near London Bridge.
The role of the Associate Partner
The Associate Director will be joining a medium sized project and cost management construction consultancy, who are looking to grow their team, as they have a strong pipeline of work for the next year.
As a company they cover a range of sectors including arts & culture, education, healthcare, hotels, industrial, high end residential, office fit-out, residential and retail. The Associate Partner will oversee all projects and sectors but mainly within the commercial and retail sectors.
The Associate Director will also be responsible for bringing in new business, so they will need to be very client facing. The Associate Director will also manage a quantity surveying team, supporting them with their work, training, and development.
The Associate Director will also have a clear pathway to a Partner position, plus equity.
