We are supporting a medium sized Building Consultancy find their next motivated Building Surveyor, in West London.

With work from home options, and immediate exposure into the Commercial and Residential sectors, the confident Building Surveyor will deliver quality services.

The Building Surveyor Role

The successful Building Surveyor should have the appetite to become Chartered (MRICS), or could be well on their way through their APC.

With projects across all of London and the home counties, this consultancies client portfolio is growing and has exciting industry leading customers.

The Building Surveyor will be joining a medium sized practice, with 75 employees, ranging across 3 offices. Very sociable team, with frequent events.

The Building Surveyor

• Has a BSc/MSc in Building Surveying or Real Estate
• Appetite to become MRICS
• Experience with Professional Services – dilaps and contract admin
• Enthusiastic character
• Confident in front of a variety of clients
• Client facing
• Winning attitude
