MEP Quantity Surveyor

A leading and growing cost consultancy are looking to add an MEP Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Central London, Farringdon.

The role of the MEP Quantity Surveyor

The MEP Quantity Surveyor will be joining a leading and growing cost consultancy, who are looking to grow their MEP team, as they have a strong pipeline of work. You would be joining a young, ambitious and hard-working team of 10 MEP and M&E Quantity Surveyors, but the company has over 70 Quantity Surveyors in London.

As a company their bread and butter is Commercial projects, mainly working on CAT A and CAT B fit out including cut and carve projects. But the MEP team gets involved in supporting all the sectors they cover including Education, Healthcare, Hotels, Leisure, Mixed use, Offices, Public Building, Residential and Science.

You will be assisting with a range of projects and when ready will start running projects from inception to completion with the support from a MRICS qualified Partner.

The company offers extremely great APC support with an internal APC team to support, plan your training program and monitor your progress.

The MEP Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Preferably MRICS
• MEP/M&E experience
• Experience within the built environment
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
