Project Quantity Surveyor

A well-respected project and cost management consultancy are looking to add an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Central London, near London Bridge.  

The role of the Project Quantity Surveyor

The Project Quantity Surveyor will be joining a medium sized property and construction consultancy, who are looking to grow their team, as they have a strong pipeline of work for the next year.

As a company they cover a range of sectors including arts & culture, education, healthcare, hotels, industrial, high end residential, office fit-out, residential and retail. The Project Quantity Surveyor will oversee all projects and sectors but mainly within the commercial and retail sectors.

With support from a MRICS Partner, the Project Quantity Surveyor will be running projects through all stages, strengthening your pre and post contract knowledge.

This is a great opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor who is looking for more responsibility and autonomy.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
