Quantity Surveyor

A well-established construction cost consultancy is looking to add a motivated Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Southwest London.

The role of the Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a Quantity Surveying consultancy whose office is based in Southwest London near Wimbledon and currently have a team of 15 Quantity Surveyors.

As a company they cover a range of projects Healthcare, Leisure, Residential, Commercial, Education and Industrial but the successful Quantity Surveyor will predominantly be working on Leisure projects, including Holiday Parks, Casinos and Cinemas.

As their sites, especially their holiday parks, are based all along the south coast you will get to travel to these sites and potentially stay down there.

The role will include running projects from concept to completion and mentoring the more junior staff in the company.

The Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
• Comfortable working in a small team
