Quantity Surveyor

An award-winning multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking to add an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Southeast London.

The role of the Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a medium sized multi-disciplinary consultancy who have offices in London and Birmingham and complete projects nationwide. The Quantity Surveyor will be part of a supportive, proactive, and social team of 50 Quantity Surveyors.

As a company they cover a range of sectors including Residential, Mixed Use, Commercial, Healthcare and Education but the Quantity Surveyor will be primarily working on Residential and mixed-use schemes initially. Including overseeing the delivery of a £23M mixed use scheme which is ready to start in June and 150 new pristine apartments in central London with a project value of £45M.

The role will include running projects from concept to completion with support from a MRICS qualified Partner and supporting junior staff on site.

The Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Experience working on Housing Projects
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a PQS / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
• Experience with JCT Contracts
