Quantity Surveyor

A forward-thinking cost management consultancy are looking to add an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to their growing team near North Cambridge.

The role of the Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a small but growing cost management consultancy who have offices in London, Manchester, Birmingham and Cambridge.

As a company they cover a range of projects including Healthcare, Retail, Leisure, Education and Residential. The Quantity Surveyor will come in and work on a variety of projects ranging from £30k – £50m. The company don’t like to pigeonhole their QS’ in to one sector.

The Quantity Surveyor will be delivering projects from concept to completion and will need to come in and hit the ground running.

The Quantity Surveyor will be a huge part of the growth of the Quantity Surveying team, not only the team size but also bringing in new clients and business, which will involve a lot of business development.

The Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
• Experience with JCT Contracts
