A prime residential refurbishment main contractor is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their

growing team.

The Project manager will be responsible for looking after either a £13 million façade retention project with 3 new build town houses being built OR an £8 million refurbishment + £2m million refurbishment in Chelsea in London.

The Project Manager will join a young and hungry team who’s desire to push on and become one of the best Prime Resi Main contractors over the next 5 years. (They’re already doing a great job towards that target)

The company is currently experiencing a flurry of winning multiple contracts alongside a currently impressive portfolio of jobs.

The company are a 30 + strong team, turn over approximately £20 million with over 10 years experience in the market as a business + more as individuals.

They have a great reputation, get to work on some of London’s finest properties and are experiencing good growth.

The Project Manager’s Role

The successful Project Manager will be responsible for the program, design, reporting and day to day management of their team across 2 /3 sites.

You’ll be responsible for the Site teams, Progress and creating and staying on top of the program.

The Project Manager – Requirements

• Prime / High end residential experience
• Managing multiple £5+ million budgets simultaneously
• Exposure to prime refurbishments
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills
• Programming capability – Ideally MS projects or Asta
