Senior Quantity Surveyor

A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is looking to add a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Central London, near London Bridge station.

The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a fast-growing medium sized multi-disciplinary consultancy who have offices nationwide. You would be joining a social and supportive team of around 100 people in the London office.

As a company they cover a wide range of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Blue lights, Education, Data centres, Office fit outs, Retail and Sport and leisure. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will not be pigeonholed to just one sector but instead get to work on a huge variety of projects in a range of sectors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be running multiple projects and supporting junior staff members on site and in the office.

This is a perfect opportunity for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor who is keen for promised progression within a growing company.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
• Capable of supporting with the management of a team and mentoring junior colleagues
• Proficient in the use of IT including Microsoft software, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
