A niche refurbishment and new build contractor that specialises in high-end residential projects in London and the South East is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a Farnham based new build resi project. 

The Site manager will be PAYE with a long term outlook

The Site Manager will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments and new builds in London and the South East. The company has a strong pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and development prospects.

The Company 

Specialising entirely in High-End residential refurbishments and newbuilds they have recently won a few new projects which means organic growth.

They have a turnover or around £12 million the company is of small size and has a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional standard of work with an intimate team. 

The director is still super hands on, so you’ll benefit from a high level of exposure and support from them, 

The Site Manager Role 

The successful Site Manager will be based on a £3 million new build project in Farnham.  

This project is a modern new build on a constrained site. 

The projects you will be working on after this are residential refurbishments or new builds  around the £500k – £6 million mark. 

The Site Manager – Requirements 

• High end residential experience £500k + budgets
• Experiences in fine finishes 
• Carpentry Background
• Solid IT skills
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Construction background

In return

• £55,000 – £65,000
