Construction Manager

A confident Construction Manager, who has an abundance of construction Fit Out experience, is now needed to join a growing and award-winning Fit Out specialist.

The projects for the Construction Manager will mainly West London based.

The Construction Manager Role

The successful Construction Manager will jump onto supporting a high-end hotel project worth £10M+.  The project requires quality construction awareness, due to the high-end materials and finish required.

The Construction Manager will have the ambition to help grow relationships to develop further project opportunities.

The Construction Manager will lead all project demands, ensure budgets are kept to, liaise with the client effectively and always communicate with your project team.

You will be supporting a team of Project and Site Managers, with direct support from a Project Director.

• Clear evidence of being a Construction Manager
• Strong background in Fit Out
• Hotel experience
• Awareness of commercial decisions
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Looking for a permanent position
• Site based qualifications.
