Project Manager

A confident and eager to learn Project Manager who has a strong awarness of construction and design, is now needed to join an ambitious construction organisation.

Based across Berkshire and London – this position leads immediately into an assistant Project Director position.

The Project Manager Role

The successful Project Manager will immediately jump onto CAT A, A+ and B projects, operating across the London and Berkshire regions.

You will have the opportunity to pitch and win new clients.

With nearly 40 members of staff, this forward-thinking fit out company now need a Project Manager/Assistant Project Director who can operate across multiple sites and create relationships that are long lasting.

Projects will consist of fast track and longer-term schemes, with values of £1.5m up to £30m.

If you are an experienced Project Manager, this role and company will support you immensely.

The Project Manager

• Clear evidence of Project Management
• Background in design or construction
• Someone who ideally has been in industry for a couple of years in design / PM / Telesales.
• Awareness of commercial decisions
• Would be beneficial to have a degree within design or construction
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Looking for a permanent position
