Project Manager – Fit Out

A respected and creative construction fit out company, is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their High-End Fit-Out team.

The Project Manager’s Role

The successful Project Manager will join a team specialising in High End Hotel and Leisure projects. These will consist of Fit-Out and refurbishment schemes, working with 2 prestigious hotel brands across London.

The Project Manager will immediately focus on projects with contract values between £3M – £8.5M.

The Project Manager will be joining a company who have an innovative and rewarding feel to them, consisting around 110 staff total. The office is in central London.

Due to the end clients demanding high spec and high standards, the Project Manager should have a strong eye for detail.

The Project Manager

• Clear evidence of High-End Hotel experience
• Leisure fit out would also be beneficial
• 10+ years in construction
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Looking for a permanent position
• SMSTS/CSCS Card
• Provide a hands-on approach
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills
