Construction Project Manager

A confident Construction Project Manager is now needed to join an established construction company, to support their new projects. The Construction Project Manager will represent the company within the Education, Commercial, Healthcare and Retail sectors.

The Project Manager Role

The hands-on Project Manager will join a successful team, who have clients ranging across Essex, Cambridge, and London. (you will be ideally based in Cambridgeshire region)

The Project Manager will support the site management team working on several new build and refurbishment projects, where contract values range from £900K – £10M.

With an eye for detail, the Project Manager will be responsible for day to day running of the site and communicating with contractors and the client at all times.

The construction firm have confirmed 2 years of pipeline, and expressed there is always professional growth within their business!

The Project Manager

• Clear evidence of running projects from ground up
• 2+ years experience running whole site / sub contractors / teams
• Comfortable with ASTA software
• Evidence of Education or Healthcare projects beneficial
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Looking for a permanent position
• SMSTS/CSCS Card
