Construction Project Manager

With projects in central Manchester, an experienced Fit Out Construction Project Manager, who can communicate effectively, is now needed to join an established Construction Fit Out organisation.

The Project Manager will be working on projects with values of £5m – £20m, within Hospitality, Commercial and Retail.

The Project Manager’s Role

The Project Manager will start on a £20m Retro Fit Out project, which has 12 months+ worth of work on it. Due to commence at the end of February.

You will have the support from the Director, but autonomy will be given.

The successful Project Manager will join a growing contractor, who have specialist leadership leading the company.

The experienced Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the client is kept up to date, communicate with the onsite contractors and ensure costs and timescales are maintained.

The Project Manager

• Clear evidence of a Fit Out background
• Hospitality or Commercial experience required
• 5 years experience with Fit Out projects
• Contract handling of between £5M – £20M
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Looking for a permanent position
• Provide a hands-on approach
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills
