Project Manager

Based in the heart of London, a Construction Project Manager, who can communicate effectively, is now needed to join an established Construction Fit Out organisation.

The Project Manager will be working on Office/Workspace fit out projects, consisting of both CAT A and B styles.

The Project Manager’s Role

The Project Manager will specifically work on fit out schemes with contract values of £1M – £10M. All these schemes are ready to go from February and will have 12-18 months lifecycle.

You will have the support from a Senior Project Manager and Project Director.

The successful Project Manager will join an award-winning team, who operate across the United Kingdom and Europe.

The experienced Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the client is kept up to date, communicate with the onsite contractors and ensure costs and timescales are maintained.

• Clear evidence of a Fit Out background
• Office & Workspace project exposure
• Contract handling of between £1M – £10M
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Looking for a permanent position

• Good computer skills
