Estimator

An experienced and forward-thinking Estimator is now needed to join a High-End Construction organisation in the heart of London.

The Estimator will be offered hybrid working.

The Estimator Role

The successful Estimator will immediately be working with the Pre-Construction team, who operate within the Commercial, Office and Retail sectors.

Current projects range between £350K – £3M, consisting mainly of CAT B, refurbishments, and renovations.

The Estimator will need to show evidence they can accurately produce joinery estimate plans.

Due to the end clients demanding high spec and high standards, the Estimator should have a strong eye for detail.

The Estimator

• Show you have been an Estimator for minimum 5 years
• Has dealt with Fit Out projects
• Having a joinery background would be helpful
• Would be beneficial to have worked in Commercial, Retail or Office sectors
• Show evidence of working on high end/quality projects
• Highly organised
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Looking for a permanent position
• Provide a hands-on approach
