Construction Project Manager

A confident Construction Project Manager is now needed to join an established fit out company, to support their new office and commercial projects.

The Construction Project Manager will be needed to visit sites along the M4, London and Hampshire.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The hands-on Construction Project Manager will join a successful team, who have clients within the financial, legal, commercial, retail and media industries.

The Construction Project Manager will lead the site management team working on several fit out and interior projects, where contract values range from £900K – £5M.

With an eye for detail, the Construction Project Manager will be responsible for day to day running of the site and communicating with contractors and the client at all times.

As mentioned above, locations such as the M4 Corridor, London, Hampshire, and Surrey will be visited. – all travel and accommodation will be paid for.

The Construction Project Manager

• Clear evidence of running projects within the fit out and interior world
• 3+ years’ experience running whole site / sub-contractors / teams
• Comfortable with various software’s
• Evidence of programming
• Office, Commercial and Retail project knowledge would be good.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Looking for a permanent position
• SMSTS/CSCS Card
• Must have access to own car.
