An established building and refurbishment contractor that specializes in high-end residential projects in London is seeking a structurally experienced Site Manager to join their team. 

The Site manager will be PAYE with a long term outlook.

The Site Manager will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments in London. The company has a strong pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and development prospects.

The company 

Specialising entirely in High-End residential refurbishments they have recently experienced an influx of new projects. 

They have a turnover or around £12 million the company is of small size and has a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional standard of work with an intimate team.

The directors are still super hand’s on, so you’ll benefit from a high level of exposure and support from them, 

The Site Manager Role 

The successful Site Manager will be based on a project in Maida Vale. 

This project is a structural knock through with a staircase move and eventually turning one flat into two. 

The initial project is 10 weeks then leading onto another 30 weeks. £750k contract value initially. 

The projects you will be working on are residential refurbishments around the £500k – £2 million mark. 

The Site Manager – Requirements 

• High end residential experience £500k + budgets
• Experiences in fine finishes 
• Structural experience
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Construction background

In return

• £55,000 – £65,000
