Contracts Manager

An experienced and confident Contracts Manager, who has knowledge in “Fast track” construction projects, is now needed at a respected and construction fit out company.

Projects are 80% London, with the remaining in major cities.

The Contracts Manager’s Role

The successful Contracts Manager will join a team specialising in Fast Track Retail and Hotel projects. These will consist of Fit-Out and refurbishment schemes, in all major retail streets across London and major cities.

The Contracts Manager will immediately focus on projects with contract values between £500K- £2.5M. These will consist of clothing brands, F&B stores, leisure facilities and hotel chains.

The Contracts Manager will be need to provide evidence of managing multiple projects, and ensure positive relationships are always maintained.

• Managing Health and Safety within your works

• Sourcing materials

The Contracts Manager

• Clear evidence of Fast Track Retail experience
• 1+ year in a Contract Manager position
• Ideally 5+ years within Site Management
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Looking for a permanent position
• SMSTS/CSCS Card
• Provide a hands-on approach
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills
