Estimator

A confident and “go getting” construction Estimator is now needed to join a High-End Fit Out organisation in West Hampshire.

Based in Ringwood, the Estimator will tender high end quality fit outs and refurbishments.

The Estimator Role

The successful Estimator will immediately be working with the Pre-Construction team, who operate within the Hotels, Commercial, Financial sectors.

Current projects range between £50K – £1M, consisting mainly of existing buildings requiring a full refurb into the modern world.

The Estimator will need to show evidence they can accurately produce tenders, pitch and present.

Due to the end clients demanding high spec and high standards, the Estimator should have a strong eye for detail.

The Estimator

• Show you have been an Estimator for minimum 5 years
• Has dealt with Fit Out projects
• Having a joinery background would be helpful
• Would be beneficial to have worked in Hotels, Commercial of Finance
• Show evidence of working on high end/quality projects
• Highly organised
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Looking for a permanent position
• Provide a hands-on approach
