Quantity Surveyor

An award-winning multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking to add an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Central London, near Tottenham Court Road.

The role of the Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a medium sized multi-disciplinary consultancy who have offices nationwide, but their Quantity Surveying team is based in their London office.

As a company they cover a range of projects including Healthcare, Residential, Commercial office fit out and Retail sector and typically range from £1m to £15m. However, the Quantity Surveyor will be initially involved in running Residential projects as there are 4 big Residential projects starting in July/August time.

The Quantity Surveyor will be delivering projects from concept to completion and will need to come in and hit the ground running.

The Quantity Surveyor will be a huge part of the growth of the Quantity Surveying team, not only the team size but also bringing in new clients and business, which will involve a lot of business development.

The Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Experience working on Residnetial Projects
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
• Experience with JCT Contracts
