Quantity Surveyor

An award-winning property construction consultancy are looking to add an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Southwest London.

The role of the Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a medium sized property consultancy who have offices in Nationwide. The Quantity Surveyor will be part of a supportive, social, and growing team of 25 Quantity Surveyors.

As a company they cover a range of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Industrial and Hotels and project values ranging from £1m to £30m. But the Quantity Surveyor will initially be delivering an office fit out and the refurbishment of a Grade 2 listed building.

The Quantity Surveyor will play a vital role in supporting the companies next stage of growth working with and supporting the Cost Management team.

The company also offer extremely great APC support with an internal APC team to support, plan your training program and monitor your progress.

The Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Experience working on Housing Projects
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
• Experience with JCT Contracts
