A young and go-getting construction, fit out and refurbishment contractor now need a a smart and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will have hybrid options between their Essex office, London sites and home.

The company

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a company who work across London and the home counties, operating within £500K – £5M projects.

With projects in Commercial Fit Out and Residential new builds, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be producing high quality Quantity Surveying services for exceptional clients.

With a high degree of detail, the Directors are involved with the clients from inception to completion, setting this level of service apart from others.

With a small team, they are looking for a new Senior Quantity Surveyor who can get stuck in with their role, latch onto their ambitious and hungry culture and become an integral member of their team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role

Projects range from £500k to £5 million. The projects are some of the best London and counties have to offer.

You will be responsible for –

• Procurement
• Estimates
• Cash flow forecasting
• Tender and contract documents
• Final accounts
• Contracts
• Valuations
• Attend professional and client meetings
• Assign subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedule
• Mitigate commercial risks
