Construction Project Manager

An award-winning and established construction contractor are on the hunt for a driven and organised Project Manager.

The Project Manager will be working on Residential apartments based in West and South London.

The Project Manager’s Role

The Project Manager will specifically work on Residential schemes where one is in the early stages of foundations, and the other has now begun its internal stages.

These schemes have a high-quality aspect to them, so an eye for detail will be required.

Contract values range between £25M – £100M.

The successful Project Manager will join an award-winning team, within a division who operate efficiently and to high standards.

Experience with 8+ storey buildings, turning them into residential use will be important.

The Project Manager

• Evidence of running own projects for 2+ years minimum
• Residential or Hotel project knowledge
• Internal and Fit Out experience
• London based
• Large contract handling of between £25M – £100M
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Looking for a permanent position
• Provide a hands-on approach.
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills
