Estimator

A confident and “go getting” construction Estimator is now needed to join a busy and established Residential Main Contractor.

Based in their Southeast London, the Estimator will be tendering for on £5M – £20M projects.

Hybrid working is offered, but site visits and client meetings will make up your weeks.

The Estimator Role

The successful construction professional will immediately be working with the Commercial Director and Pre-Construction team, working on RC frame Medium-High Rise residential new builds.

The Estimator will:

• Research equipment, materials and labour costs.
• Gather quotes from suppliers and sub contractors
• Assess the levels of risk on a project.
• Forecasting
• Tender to win new business
• Plus much more

Current projects range between £5m – £20m.

The Estimator will need to show evidence they can accurately produce tenders, pitch and present.

Due to the end clients demanding high spec and high standards, you should have a strong eye for detail.

The Estimator

• Show you have been an Estimator for minimum 5 years
• Has dealt with New Build and Fit Out projects
• Would be beneficial to have worked in Residential estimating
• Show evidence of working on high end/quality projects
• Highly organised
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Looking for a permanent position
• Provide a hands-on approach
