We are working with a Building Consultancy who have a genuine interest in developing an Assistant Building Surveyor into a professional and quality surveyor – based from their London Bridge office.

You will have the opportunity to provide project and professional services to tailor their experience.

The Assistant Building Surveyor Role

You can expect to be working across mainly central London, providing services on prestigious residential and commercial buildings, but also mid-range residential houses and apartments.

You can expect to be exposed into dilapidation’s, party wall matters, condition surveys, project management contract administration.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor should have the appetite to become Chartered (MRICS), or could be well on their way through their APC.

The Assistant Building Surveyor will be joining a large sized practice, with 200 employees, ranging across 4 offices. Very sociable team, with frequent events.

The Assistant Building Surveyor

• Has a Consultancy / Private practice background
• Shows some understanding of Building defects, Dilapidation’s, Condition reports, Contracts Administration, measured surveys
• Appetite to become MRICS
• Degree in Building Surveying or Real Estate
• Enthusiastic character
• Confident in front of a variety of clients
