A small but growing cost and project management consultancy are looking to add a driven Quantity Surveyor to their team in West London, near Notting Hill.

The role of the Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a cost and project management consultancy whose office is based near Notting Hill but complete projects in London and over the rest of the Country.

As a company they cover mainly High-End Residential projects, but they also cover some Student accommodation and Commercial projects. You will come in initially and jump straight on an Extensive remodelling, refurbishment and extension of an existing Townhouse in West London.

You will come in and be delivering these types of projects from concept to completion with the Support from a an MRICS qualified Director.

The Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Experience working on High End Residential projects
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a PQS / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
