The Senior Quantity Surveyor will help manage a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments in London. The company has an impressive pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and progression.

The company specialise in prime residential refurbishments and bespoke one off new builds, they have recently experienced an influx of new projects carrying them into 2026. They have a turnover of £75million+ and they company have a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional standard of work.

Senior Quantity surveyor Role

Projects range from £4 million to £40 million.

• Cost Reporting
• Tender and contract documents
• CVR’s
• Bills of Quants
• Attend professional and client meetings
• Assign subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedule
• Mitigate commercial risks

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

• 5 years + Experience
• Ideally you will have experience of High End Resi / Prime / Super prime property.
• Experience of working for a main contractor
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Team Management
