Senior Surveyor

A confident Senior Surveyor, is now needed by a global and award-winning Commercial Real Estate consultancy in London Marylebone.

The Senior Surveyor will be working with international and well known UK clients, and will have immediate exposure into projects.

The Senior Surveyor will take the lead on 3 projects in Oxford Circus, Farringdon and London Victoria – you will support 2 Graduates and take the lead in further developments.

The Senior Surveyor Role

You will be providing services in TDD, dilapidations and project management.

The Senior Surveyor will have full autonomy to work with their own clients and create relationships outside of your portfolio.

You can expect to be working across mainly central London, providing services on prestigious residential and commercial use buildings.

Projects range between £500k – £15M.

The Senior Surveyor

• Has a Consultancy / Private practice background
• 5+ post gradutation years experience
• Show clear understanding of TDD, Dilaps and Project Management
• Degree in Building Surveying or Real Estate
• Enthusiastic character
• Confident in front of a variety of clients
• Ambition to progress into AD
