Site Manager

A well-rounded Site Manager is now needed to join an innovative construction fit out company, to support their new projects. The Site Manager will represent the company within the Heritage, Hotel and Education sectors.

The Site Manager’s Role

The successful Site Manager will join a tight-knit team, who have clients in the Heritage sector needing immediate support. You will be work on the restoration and refurbishment of Listed Buildings, transforming them into commercial and hotel use.

With opportunity to work on several other projects, you can expect to work on contract values from £500K up to £7M.

The experienced Site Manager will be responsible for day to day running of the site, ensuring budgets are kept to and high standards of H&S are maintained.

Due to the end clients demanding high spec and high standards, the Site Manager should have a strong eye for detail.

The Site Manager

• Clear evidence of Listed Building experience
• Hotel experience would be ideal
• Fit out background in general
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Looking for a permanent position
• SMSTS/CSCS Card
• Provide a hands-on approach
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills
