Construction Director

A confident Construction Director, who has an abundance of construction Fit Out experience, is now needed to join a growing and pro-active construction organisation.

The office for the Construction Director will be a short walk from Lambeth North station.

The Construction Director Role

The successful Construction Director will jump onto supporting the wider team and respected clients on Commercial and Residential projects. These projects will be based across all of London and Surrey.

The Construction Director will have an ambition to help a small but determined company.

The Construction Director will lead all project demands, ensure budgets are kept too, liaise with the client effectively and always communicate with your project team.

You will be supporting a team of Project and Site Managers, with direct support from the owner of the business.

Clients will come in many different industries, but the main focus are high net worth individuals and clients, and well-known brands.

The Construction Director

• Recent experience as a Construction Director
• Strong background in Fit Out
• Commercial and Residential experience
• 10+ years Project Management experience
• Awareness of commercial decisions
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Looking for a permanent position

• £75,000 – £85,000
• + 10% profit share (current year would be £35K)
