We are working with a Building Consultancy who want to developer an Assistant Building Surveyor into a professional and quality surveyor – based from their Regent Street office.

You will have the opportunity to work on Residential and Commercial projects – plenty of well known clients.

The Assistant Building Surveyor Role

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor should have the appetite to become Chartered (MRICS), or could be well on their way through their APC.

You can expect to be working across mainly central London, providing services on prestigious residential and commercial buildings, but also mid-range residential houses and apartments.

The Assistant Building Surveyor will be joining a medium sized practice, with 75 employees, ranging across 2 offices. Very sociable team, with frequent events.

The Assistant Building Surveyor

• Has a BSc/MSc in Building Surveying or Real Estate
• Appetite to become MRICS
• Enthusiastic character
• Confident in front of a variety of clients
