Contracts Manager

An experienced construction Contracts Manager who has a strong background in interiors and fit out, is now needed by a growing and well-connected Construction Contractor.

Based a short walk from Waterloo station, hybrid options are available.

The Contracts Manager Role

The successful Contracts Manager will manage small teams on each of their own sites, delivering successful projects within the Commercial, Education and Hotel sectors.

Some external works would be expected, so some experience in this would be beneficial.

The Contracts Manager will work on projects between £1M to £15M.

You will have the support from the Construction Director, providing autonomy to drive your team’s performance.

Due to the end clients demanding high spec and quality materials, the Contracts Manager should set themselves high standards.

The requirements

• Clear positions of Contract Manager as title
• Working on Commercial, Education or hotel schemes
• External knowledge (facades, cladding)
• Working within the CAT A,A+ and B space
• Programme understanding (MS Office, ASTA, Primavera)
• Experience managing junior members of staff.
• Experience supporting multiple departments.
• Strong eye for details – Projects will consist of high-quality materials.
