Contracts Manager

A confident construction Contracts Manager who has a strong background in the fit out market, is now needed by a growing and well-connected Construction Contractor.

Based in Windsor, but operating across London and the home counties.

The Contracts Manager Role

They are seeking a Contracts Manager, who has a background of Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management. This will be a role where understanding of both commercials and project delivery is needed.

The successful Contracts Manager will manage small teams on each of their own sites, delivering successful projects within the Commercial/Workplace sectors.

CAT A&B works.

The Contracts Manager will work on projects between £1M to £5M.

Due to the end clients demanding high spec and quality materials, the Contracts Manager should set themselves high standards.

The requirements

• Clear positions of Contract Manager as title
• An understanding of Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management
• Working on Commercial/Workplace projects
• Working within the CAT A,A+ and B space
• Programme understanding (MS Office, ASTA, Primavera)
• Experience managing junior members of staff.
• Experience supporting multiple departments.
• Strong eye for details – Projects will consist of high-quality materials.
