Fit Out Project Manager

With the vibrant office based on the south coast (close to Portsmouth), an award-winning fit out contractor is now looking for a committed Fit Out Project Manager to run their schemes.

The Fit Out Project Manager will be working on Retail, Shopfitting and Commercial projects with values from £350K – £2M.

The Fit Out Project Manager role will require travelling, mainly across the southern parts of England, however some northern parts of the UK could be expected.

The role of the Fit Out Project Manager

The successful professional will be joining an award-winning Fit Out & interiors team who have big plans for growth in the future, which the Fit Out Project Manager being a key member of the delivery team.

You will be working on fast track and long length schemes, ranging in value from £350K – £2M.

A strong construction understanding will be expected, within a range of sectors.

You will be supported by the construction director and be given the autonomy to work with the clients directly.

The requirements

• Clear evidence of a Fit Out Project Manager background
• Ideally Retail, Hospitality and Commercial
• 5+ years in the Project Management world
• Contract handling of between £350K – £2M
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Looking for a permanent position
• Provide a hands-on approach.
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills
