The Quantity Surveyor Role

The Owner of this progressive practice is looking for a Quantity Surveyor who can hit the ground running, confidently managing projects with independence and expertise.

Backed by a supportive and highly experienced senior team, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be involved in a diverse range of projects, primarily within the education and healthcare sectors, with values between £1m – £10m.

This role is tailor-made for a Quantity Surveyor seeking rapid career growth, stepping towards senior responsibilities, or a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for greater autonomy and a clear pathway for progression.

The Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will ideally have:

A RICS accredited degree

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Education/Healthcare experience
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
