Quantity Surveyor

A forward-thinking project and cost management construction consultancy are looking to add an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Central London, near Shoreditch.

The role of the Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a medium sized project and cost management construction consultancy, who are looking to grow their team, as they have a strong pipeline of work for the next year.

As a company they cover a range of sectors including Residential, Hospitality, Commercial, and Culture & Arts. You will be delivering projects in a range of these sectors but initially they will be running a high quality fit out to office in central London.

With support from a MRICS Partner, you will be running projects through all stages, strengthening your pre and post contract knowledge.

This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking for more responsibility and autonomy.

The Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Experience working in the Private Sector
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
