Senior Quantity Surveyor

A well-established project and cost management construction consultancy is looking to add a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Central London, near Vauxhall Station.

The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a growing small project and cost management consultancy who are a team of 15 Quantity Surveyors and Project managers and complete projects in and around London.

As a company they cover a wide range of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Retail, Leisure & Hotels, Education and International. You will jump straight onto Residential and Commercial projects including the refurbishment of a Luxury home in Kensington and a CAT A Office extension and refurbishment.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be running multiple projects and supporting junior staff members on site and in the office, especially with their APC.

This is a perfect opportunity for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor who is keen for promised progression within a growing company.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
• Proficient in the use of IT including Microsoft software, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
