Senior Quantity Surveyor

An established consultancy specialising in quantity surveying, construction cost management, project management, and property consulting is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their team based in London.

The company operates across various sectors including mixed use, retail, education, industrial, commercial, healthcare, private luxury residential, hotel, leisure, and residential projects. With a team of around 40 professionals, they pride themselves on delivering high-quality service and solutions to their clients.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

This role will involve primarily managing luxury residential and residential projects. The successful candidate will contribute to a wide range of exciting projects while being integral to the success of the team.

You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing project costs and budgets
• Preparing tender documentation and contract administration
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders
• Supporting junior colleagues through mentorship
• Conducting pre and post contract analysis
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a private practice/consultancy
• Strong pre and post contract knowledge
• Excellent attitude and team player
• Capable of supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
