Senior Site Manager

A well-rounded Senior Site Manager is now needed to join an established construction company, to support their new projects. The Senior Site Manager will represent the company within the Education & Healthcare sectors.

The Senior Site Manager’s Role

The successful Site Manager will join a successful team, who have clients ranging across Cambridge, building and renovation schools, universities and healthcare faciliities.

The Site Manager will have the opportunity to work on several new build and refurbishment projects, where contract values range from £900K – £10M.

The experienced Site Manager will be responsible for day to day running of the site, ensuring budgets are kept to and high standards of H&S are maintained.

The construction firm have confirmed 2 years of pipeline, and expressed there is always professional growth within their business!

The Site Manager

• Healthcare or Education project experience
• Clear evidence of running projects from ground up
• Comfortable with ASTA software
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Looking for a permanent position
• SMSTS/CSCS Card

In return

• £65,000 – £70,000
