Site Manager

A respected and hard-working construction fit out company, is looking to add an experienced Site Manager to their fast track Fit-Out team.

The Site Manager’s Role

The successful Site Manager will join a team specialising in Fast Track Retail and Hotel projects. These will consist of Fit-Out and refurbishment schemes, in all major retail streets across London and Surrey.

The Site Manager will immediately focus on projects with contract values between £500K- £2.5M. These will consist of clothing brands, F&B stores, leisure facilities and hotel chains.

The Site Manager will be joining a company who have a positive and family feel to them, consisting around 30 staff total. The office is located in the heart of Surrey, but no demands to go into office.

The experienced Site Manager will be responsible for day to day running of the site, ensuring budgets are kept to and high standards of H&S are maintained.

The Site Manager

• Clear evidence of Fast Track Retail experience
• Fit out background in general
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Looking for a permanent position
• SMSTS/CSCS Card
• Provide a hands-on approach
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills
• A previous joinery / carpentry background is beneficial.
