The successful Site Manager will join an intimate team specialising in bespoke residential one-off builds and refurbishment projects throughout Surrey, the home counties, London and Surrey,

The Site Manager’s Role
The successful site manager will be based on site near Guilford.
You will be responsible for day to day running of the site – A £3million new build project on a steep, complex and confined site.
You’ll have the support of a floating contracts manager and a direct line into the construction director.
