Estimator – Construction
A prestigious High End residential main contractor is looking to add an experienced Estimator to their growing team.
The Estimator will be joining a supportive culture with an established business – this is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Estimator, who wants to make an impact and help build on continued growth whilst being involved in some fantastic projects across London and Surrey.
There is a genuine pathway to director within 3 years.
The company
The Estimator will join a company who have an diverse portfolio of projects, comprising of prime refurbishments and one off bespoke new builds within London, Surrey and the South East.
The company are a 70 + strong team and turnover £50 Million+.
They’re well established, deliver projects from £1 – £20 million and have a great pipeline extending into 2026.
The Estimators Role
The successful Estimator will be working closely with the current directors. You’ll be working closely with one of the directors in particular as they currently have a hand in estimating for the business. You’ll become the core estimating function of the business eventually and build your team as the company grows.
Ideally, you’ll have a background in High End / Prime Residential markets – If not a background / experience of the residential market or commercial fit out market is essential.
